I had to practially beg this guy to come out west and clean my carpets. He mainly services the city, inner west and southern suburbs, however after being referred to by friends and his reputation within the industry, there wasn't going to be anyone else cleaning my carpets. And I was not disappointed. My carpet is as good as new. Great to have someone that is both professional and friendly. He has a passion for the job and you can see that in his work. I heard about them through Russian community grapevine and it means a lot. I contacted Aurora shortly after I found that my son had squeezed paint on the carpet and they swiftly responded to my request and arranged cleaning for the next day. The stain didn't go after general carpet cleaning completely and they had to apply another chemicals and do a trick (you would not believe) with an iron. Finally the stain disappeared in front of my eyes and it was like a magic. I have very positive experience with Aurora and I find them friendly, knowledgable and competent.

It was a stain of liquid magnet that my son brought from school. Black drops were penetrated deep in the carpet right before the inspection!!!! Not even mentioned red wine stains left from our new year party. I was desperate, frustrated and even started to think that i have to say "bye-bye" to my bond. I tried to ask other companies, but the quote was much higher and no one was easy to make a booking for my light beige carpet cleaning. Aurora was able to accomodate me and come early on Saturday morning. The friendly cleaner spent a couple of hours cleaning the carpets in my apartment and the carpets were amazing afterwards. No more stains, and basically looked as good as new. He also gave great advice on carpet care.

We needed our carpet cleaned because we have long-haired indoor cat and a small baby who just started to crawl on the carpet. Vadim was amazing, very professional. Aurora came at very short notice and did an outstanding job. I can't thank them enough. I was very stressed as I took over the new tenancy of this unit and the agents said it was clean. The unit was very dirty and this included the very dirty carpets. Vadim of Aurora was also very patient as he was held up during the cleaning process due the agents being on the premises yesterday. He also assisted me by taking photos before and after and leaving a sample of the dirty water from the process as proof for the agent. This morning the carpet is glowing. Vadim and his partner Natalia were very caring. It really has made my day. I will be happy for the removalists to bring my furniture into the unit now. I was facing huge expence for getting a new furniture when someone reccomended to contact Vadim to try and clean first. I was amazed with the result! Have no stains left on fabric chairs sits and my light colored leather lounge looks like new now. Even all my son's droving with the ballpan ink is gone.
